1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices in the online store are stated in NOK, EUR or USD.
English store shows prices without VAT. The delivery address given at checkout determines whether VAT is calculated or not. Deliveries within Norway will always include VAT. Export takes place without VAT.
Two payment methods are available in our store:
Klarna Checkout with several payment variants such as invoice and credit card payment
Paypal with credit card payment without registration or payment with Paypal login
Terms for both can be found at checkout and on the payment providers' websites.
You can choose the delivery method at checkout. For delivery within Norway, Bring / Posten's parcel services can be selected, or regular unregistered letter mail for shipments under 2 kg. Normal delivery time is 2-3 days.
Deliveries abroad are made by DHL Express. Normal delivery time is 2-4 days to worldwide.
We normally process orders within 3 days after it has been registered in the online store.
Any damage to deliveries must be made to the charterer / delivery point immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
Uncollected shipments that return to us are subject to a fee for return handling of up to NOK. 500, -
Contact us by e-mail or telephone if you want to return goods, and use the right of withdrawal form sent to you.
You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop with us. The cancellation period runs from the day you receive the item.
Returns must be made with the items in the original packaging. Price for the return shipment is covered by the customer.
Contact us by e-mail or telephone if you want to advertise products. Transport damage to goods must be reported to the charterer, see point 2 Shipping above. Missing or lost shipments must be claimed within 25 days after the order was sent.
If the products do not work as intended or are defective, we will replace it free of charge. We can also credit the expenses, this depends on the product type and the customer's wishes. It must be complained about within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.
