Notes:

  • LHD units have the fan knob on the left side, RHD units on the right.
  • LHD and RHD units are the same except for the front panel differences.
  • Early versions (993 659 04x 00) are made solely for early 993 models (1994 and 1995/1)
  • Late versions (993 659 04x 01) are made for late 993 models (1995/2 and later)
  • Late versions (993 659 04x 01) can be fitted to early 993 models, but with several wiring harness modifications.
  • Internal damage can occur if a wrong type unit is fitted in the wrong car model.
