Light Emitting Diode (LED) high beam light kit, specially designed for the Porsche 993 with easy installation inside the headlight enclosure. Installation time is 15-20 minutes without the need of special tools.

T-LIGHT v3 High Beam is meant for use in conjunction with our T-LIGHT v3 HID kit for the 993 low beams. It is also possible to use with our previous T-LIGHT v2 kit, but we recommend to upgrade to v3 if possible.

We do not recommend to use this LED kit in the Porsche 993 Low beam lights. The light output pattern using these LED bulbs will be wrong.

We have a bundle product with both the LED and HID for a full upgrade of the Porsche 993 headlights.

Current consumption and heat is lower than the original H1 halogen bulbs. Normal incandescent halogen bulbs have a light output of 1100 to 1300 Lumen.

A short note on light colour temperature

The T-LIGHT LED high beam has a light colour temperature of 6500K. Using a LED system with a more yellow colour would have lowered the light output, and raised the price. We therefore chose to go for the standard 6500K version. We like the whiter shade of the high beams. Normally, only the driver see these lights.

With respect to light colour, we are more concerned with the look of the low beams. These are the ones other people see, and most of our customers don't want these to be too white or blueish. Our 4300K Low Beam kit is therefore by far the most popular, which is the same colour as used in the Porsche Litronic system.
